Shipping Timeframe: Please allow a processing time for orders for in-stock items of 1-2 business days (you will be contacted if any items are out of stock and given a date approximation). Please note that some items ship directly from the manufacturer, and may have different order lead-times. Please see item descriptions for details. Some items may also arrive in multiple shipments. Shipping transit times are an approximation and All-American Baby is not responsible for shipping transit time once the package has been transferred to the carrier. Please note that package guarantees (i.e. Priority Mail, 2nd day or Overnight delivery) do not usually apply when transportation networks are affected by weather.
Invoices will be included with your shipment, unless you request otherwise. For example in the case of gifts, please let us know and we can include a packing slip without prices, and can include a gift note.
Shipping Method: Shipping is via UPS Ground or USPS. Once shipped you should receive your order within 5-7 business days but please allow up to 14 days for delivery.

On very few occasions, there may be extra shipping fees associated with the oversized or overweight items that are not calculated correctly at checkout. In these instances you will be contacted with an updated shipping quote, and you can make a decision as to whether to proceed with the order at that time.
For expedited delivery: Choose one of the express delivery options at checkout. Please note: Express Delivery is EXPENSIVE! These are actual shipping costs! If you would prefer a different carrier, please email us for an express delivery quote, and we will get back to you within 24 hours. Please include the zip code where the items will be shipped, and which items you would like to be included in the express shipment.
Please note: On multiple item orders, some items must be shipped separately from multiple warehouse locations, and will incur separate express shipping charges. If this occurs with your order, you will be contacted and can make a decision as to whether you wish to pay the expedited shipping costs for all of the items. In addition, sometimes items shipped directly from the manufacturer may not be available for expedited shipping without advance notice. You will be notified in all cases, and can make a decision as how to proceed. Again, please note that package guarantees (i.e. Priority Mail, 2nd day or Overnight delivery) do not usually apply when transportation networks are affected by weather. Please read item descriptions carefully for detailed information about shipping timeframes. Some of our items are made to order, and have longer lead times. If you choose an express shipping method on an item that clearly states longer lead times, it will be assumed that you want the express delivery from the time the product is finished and available for shipping. For example, if you choose express delivery on a hand knit doll that takes 3 weeks to create, it will be sent express delivery when it is complete, 3 weeks later.
Oversized Items: Additional shipping and handling fees may apply to oversized or heavy items. These are often based on dimensional weight, not necessarily on actual weight. These fees will be applied during checkout. On very few occasions, there may be extra shipping fees associated with the oversized or overweight items that are not calculated correctly at checkout. In these instances you will be contacted with an updated shipping quote, and you can make a decision as to whether to proceed with the order at that time.
Incorrect Shipping Address Provided: We ask that customers provide the correct shipping address at the time the order is placed. The customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred if packages shipped are re-routed or returned due to an incorrect shipping address.
Refusal of Delivery: Once the products are returned to our warehouse a credit will be issued minus the actual shipping cost of sending the package to you. This additional shipping charge applies to all orders, including orders shipped under a “free shipping” promotion.
Order never received: Once your order leaves our warehouse we will send you an email containing shipping and transit information. Most packages should arrive at their destination within 14 days. For detailed delivery information please track your package with the appropriate carrier. If your package is not received within 5 days of the carrier's posted delivery date, please contact us so that we may file a claim with the shipper.
We do not ship outside the continental U.S. at this time.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
It is our goal to provide high quality items and excellent service. Our customers are important to us, and we want your shopping experience to be pleasant.
Return Orders: If you are not satisfied with an item and wish to return it, please contact us to receive a return authorization. Returns are accepted ONLY with prior authorization. The return shipping address will be proivded at the same time the return authorization is issued. Please note that personalized items and custom items cannot be refunded.
Once you have received authorization, you may return any unwashed, unused, and in original packaging (if applicable) items within 30 days of original purchase date for a refund (less original shipping). All returned merchandise must be received in original condition and in the original packaging (if applicable), unless merchandise is defective. Any item that does not meet this criterion is subject to a minimum restocking fee of 20%.
Please include a copy of your invoice with your return.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and are encouraged to send packages back via insured methods such as UPS Ground or Federal Express. All-American Baby is not responsible for items that are damaged, lost or delayed during shipment. Please allow up to 2 weeks for processing.
Returning a Gift: Items received as gifts are subject to the terms of our standard return policy. An in-store credit will be issued instead of crediting the purchaser's credit card. Please note that personalized items and custom items cannot be refunded.
Cancelled Orders: We understand that sometimes situations may occur which might cause you to cancel an existing order. Just contact us at 704-948-0117 or by email at orders@all-americanbaby.net within 24 hours of placing your order and we will modify or cancel your order free of charge, unless the item has already shipped. Orders cancelled once they have been placed with the manufacturer are subject to a 10% handling fee. Personalized and custom orders that have already been placed with the manufacturer cannot be cancelled. If an order has shipped, it then qualifies as a return. Please see our Return Policy for additional information.
Damaged or Defective Merchandise: If you receive items that are damaged or defective we will gladly replace them for you at no charge. Please send an email to us and provide the order number, product name and reason for replacement. If items are damaged in transit, please be sure to keep the original shipping box until you are instructed dispose of it.
If after 30 days your product becomes defective, please contact the manufacturer directly for repairs or replacements. If you can no longer locate that information, we will gladly provide it for you.

We do rely on our manufacturers to provide product information, and we confirm this to the best of our ability.
